The basis of the menu is rice cooked in all possible variations, and, above all, paella. Since the opening of the Xiringuito Escriba restaurant, its quality and taste have remained at their best and attract more and more new guests.
The menu contains paella with chicken, mushrooms and asparagus, and traditional black rice with fish, shrimp, cuttlefish and scallops. Price – from 19.50 €. A 4-course portioned appetizer is designed for 2 people and costs 28 €, and a pitcher of signature sangria (1.2 L) – 24 €. It is better to book a table in advance, as the place is very popular.

The interior is simple, even Spartan, but the menu and shop windows are bright and colorful. The food concept is a comprehensive menu prepared with love and good products, guaranteeing an honest value for money.
For 11.50 € on weekdays and for 14.50 € on weekends, you will get a full and tasty lunch in the best Spanish traditions. The menu is different from most restaurants in Barcelona and changes daily. The dishes are bold and original: duck confit with truffle puree, chickpea cream, homemade burger with caramelized onions. In the afternoon, you can try cream soups, carpaccio, sardines or wasabi salad. Serve here with a smile and fast.
